Vanessa Quince is a Senior Evaluator in Youth Services on King County's Performance Measurement and Evaluation team. Her doctoral training in Political Science from the University of Washington grounds her experience designing metrics, conducting rigorous analyses, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
