Theresa Williams (she/her) is the Supportive Family Programs Manager at FamilyWorks, where she leads family support services, community partnerships, and programs that help strengthen and stabilize families across North Seattle. With more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, program management, and community engagement, Theresa is passionate about building systems of support that empower children, families, and communities to thrive.
A mother of two boys, ages 27 and 6, Theresa brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. She is driven by a deep passion and heartfelt commitment to supporting the individuals, families, and communities in which she lives and serves. Through her leadership, she strives to create welcoming, resource-rich environments where families can access the tools and connections they need to succeed.
