As Managing Partner for KBD Collaborative, Sheely draws upon two decades of experience in youth development, advancing racial equity, adult learning theory, nonprofit management, and cultural responsiveness to support equitable system building. Sheely is a facilitator, educator, leader, and writer who works at the intersections of race, ability, and gender. Through technical assistance, executive coaching, experiential learning, and consultation, Sheely supports systems analysis, design, and planning as well as tailored professional learning opportunities for youth, practitioners, educators, and local leaders to implement their collective vision and goals.
