September Clark is an educator, facilitator, and consultant with over eleven years of experience advancing Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) initiatives in educational, nonprofit, and public sector settings. Through Heartfelt Horizons, September partners with schools, organizations, and community groups to cultivate inclusive environments where people feel valued, connected, and empowered to thrive.

With expertise in social-emotional learning, restorative practices, youth development, and equity-centered leadership, September designs engaging learning experiences that help individuals and teams strengthen relationships, build community, and navigate complex conversations with confidence and care.
