About me
Olivia Thai, born and raised in Kennewick, WA, leads youth development strategy and grantmaking with Allen Family Philanthropies. She holds a degree in Sociology and a Master's in Social Work focused on administration and policy practice, both from the University of Washington. Prior to her current role, Olivia served as an Associate Program Officer at Perigee Fund, working on family well-being, and supported Strategic Engagement & Initiatives at Casey Family Programs. Her background also includes extensive local and statewide work in youth development focusing on program and partnership management. Olivia is passionate about uplifting the voices and expertise of young people, supporting youth leadership, and bridging gaps between individuals, communities, and systems.
