About me
Negar Yaghoobi is the founder of Enrilo and creator of Belonging Games, a plug-and-play enrichment system for after-school programs. Trained as an IT engineer, she has spent more than a decade designing products at the intersection of youth wellbeing, belonging, play, and practical implementation. Her previous work through Colorful Zone included research-informed prevention tools for stress and anxiety, used by schools and colleges, and she has advised early-stage education and wellness ventures on product strategy and engagement. Negar’s connection to expanded learning comes from a practical question she has seen across programs: how can part-time staff deliver meaningful, inclusive, joyful activities with little prep time? Her work focuses on making belonging easier to practice every day through simple, off-screen, culturally curious games.
