Originally from Peru, Milagros has spent over 14 years bridging language and cultural gaps with heart and purpose. She holds a degree in International Business from San Martín University and continued her education at Spokane Community College.
As a certified interpreter and notary in Washington State, Milagros is deeply passionate about making multilingual communication accessible and inclusive. Her commitment has earned her the Excellence Award for Staff Support in the Puyallup School District, along with a nomination for Regional Classified School Employee of the Year.
Beyond her professional achievements, Milagros is a proud wife and mother of three amazing children who attend the Dual Language Program at Puyallup School District. She actively supports and uplifts diverse communities, often participating in multicultural events across Puyallup through her Peruvian dance group—celebrating heritage, unity, and cultural pride.
