About me
Lisa Duke, Supervisor, Bridges Center for Grieving Children & Director of Camp Erin Pierce County. I have been fortunate to work with the families at Bridges and Camp Erin since 2012. Grief education is a significant aspect of my career, providing workshops and webinars to professionals across the state of Washington and being a part of resource development for the National Alliance for Children’s Grief. After receiving my Masters in Social Work at New York University, I worked for several years in pediatric community mental health in the South Bronx. Working with grief and loss has challenged and enriched my life. I am grateful for our Tacoma community on this journey I share with my husband, Paul Duke and our two adult daughters, Rachel and Savannah.
