About me
Krista is an internationally recognized Afterschool and Youth Development (AYD) geek. She’s served children and families as an afterschool teacher, director, multi-site supervisor, and STEM enrichment educator. After over a decade of work with children, she was inspired to share the joy of what she’d learned about positive youth development with others in the field. Krista facilitates youth-centered, relationship-based, culturally responsive services for individuals and teams including program quality and sustainability consultation; workshop and meeting facilitation; and curriculum development and implementation for youth and adults in the field.
