2026 Bridge Conference

Kathie Pham serves as a Program Associate for College Access Initiatives at the Washington Student Achievement Council, where she draws on over 15 years of experience in K–12 and higher education. She focuses on program management, communications, and equipping counselors and college access professional staff with resources to help students succeed. In addition, Kathie is a Board of Trustee for the Seattle Schools Scholarship Fund and a proud graduate of the University of Washington.
