2026 Bridge Conference

Jeff Dickmann is an educator, youth development professional, and play advocate from Seattle, WA. His 20 years of experience span early childhood education, summer camps, and challenge courses. This experience, combined with his degrees from Prescott College (Masters in Adventure Education) and Whitworth University (Masters in Teaching), has solidified his belief in the importance of play and experiential education as avenues for learning at all ages. In his work with participants and staff, Jeff focuses on developing engaging and intentional experiences that encourage lifelong learning. Through his volunteer work with Camp Erin, Jeff provides a compassionate, caring, supportive atmosphere where children can take steps processing their grief alongside others experiencing similar loss. He is a proud alumnus of the YMCA Camp Wapsie and the University of Washington.
