About me
Haley (she/her) started with Kaiser Permanente in 2019. In her role as a Community Health Senior Consultant, she leads Kaiser Permanente's Food and Nutrition Security portfolio in the Washington Region. She is responsible for strategic planning and implementation of Kaiser Permanente's community health programs, charitable contributions, and partnerships. She collaborates with community stakeholders - including youth, community-based organizations, school districts, coalitions, advocates, and systems stakeholders - to co-design integrated programs and systems change efforts that improve health conditions in the communities that Kaiser Permanente serves. She designs funding initiatives, community volunteer opportunities for Kaiser Permanente staff, and programs that extend Kaiser Permanente's assets as a benefit to the community at-large.
Prior to her time at Kaiser Permanente, she spent 12 years implementing youth social-emotional learning programming domestically and internationally. She brings a passion for working across cultures from her service in the United States Peace Corps and experience as a Certified Healthcare Interpreter for Spanish and English. She is currently completing a Master of Public Health Degree from Johns Hopkins University, where she is honing her skillset at the intersection of philanthropy and public health improvement.
