About me
Greg Barker serves as Managing Director of the Washington School Principals' Education Foundation (WSPEF), where he works to expand leadership development, student voice, and belonging opportunities for young people across Washington State. He collaborates closely with school leaders, students, community organizations, and statewide partners to strengthen youth engagement and leadership pathways both during and beyond the school day.
Greg has spent more than two decades supporting student leadership programs, educator development, and cross-sector partnerships that connect schools with expanded learning opportunities. He currently serves on the Schools Out Washington Catalyst Advisory and works alongside youth and adult leaders to advance meaningful youth-adult partnerships, community engagement, and systems-level change. His work focuses on helping adults and young people share leadership, build stronger communities of belonging, and create environments where all youth can thrive.
