About me
I'm an advocacy-driven student pursuing an Associate of Arts: (AA-DTA) in Political Science at Spokane Falls Community College. My connection to expanded learning grew out of founding Advocacy 101, a youth civic engagement initiative reaching young people ages 12–25, designed to build their skills in legislative research, public speaking, and policy advocacy.
Through statewide advocacy and nonprofit work, I've focused on youth policy and educational equity, helping young people find their voice in spaces where decisions about their futures are made. I bring a youth-centered, peer-to-peer perspective to this work alongside a youth oriented mindset focused on this work. Having navigated these systems myself, I'm passionate about equipping the next generation of advocates with the tools to engage confidently in civic and legislative processes regardless of a person’s zip code.
