About me
Fergie Rodriguez is the Youth Development Program Manager at the King County Dispute Resolution Center, where she brings four years of experience in youth development with a focus on restorative practices, including peer mediation and Peace Circles. She now leads this work through KC CONNECT, the program's main service delivery vehicle, partnering with schools and communities across King County to help young people build conflict resolution skills rooted in the belief that we are all teachers and we are all learners.
Fergie holds a degree in criminal justice from Washington State University. Originally from Mexico, she lived in California before moving to Washington at age eleven, a journey that shaped her passion for helping people feel heard, connected, and capable of meeting their goals.
Outside of work, Fergie enjoys photography, helping people capture their most special moments and having a way to remember the places and people you love. She and her husband Matt are raising twin toddler girls, Rain and River, near Maple Valley, where they live with family and their cats. Every year the family returns to Maui, a place where they feel truly restored, fitting for someone whose work centers on restoration.
