About me
Eseosa Ajala is an educator, youth development practitioner, and Founder and Executive Director of The Esther Foundation. Her work spans childcare, after-school programs, mentoring initiatives, faith-based programs, and community-based education in both the United States and Nigeria. Through partnerships with schools, community organizations, and local leaders, she has helped expand educational opportunities for more than 1,000 children and young people. Drawing from her experience building youth-serving partnerships across diverse communities, Eseosa brings a unique perspective on how schools, families, and community partners can work together to help young people thrive.
