About me
Elisia Sanchez is a dedicated social worker with deep roots in youth advocacy, mental health, and racial equity. With a Master of Social Work from Baylor University and a BA in Social Welfare from the University of Washington, Elisia has served in diverse roles supporting at-risk youth, particularly those impacted by trauma, houselessness, and systemic racism. Her direct work with youth of color in mental health settings, coupled with experience leading DEI initiatives and mentoring in residential programs, uniquely equips her to address how disparities are often misapplied to Black and Brown youth.
