About me
Paola Mizrahi Kaplan is an education leader, social worker, researcher, and entrepreneur originally from Caracas, Venezuela. She has more than 15 years of experience in early childhood education, family engagement, mental health, and community-based programs. As Founder and Executive Director of Jump On Languages Child Care Center, she leads a multilingual early learning program serving children and families in Seattle. Paola holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Washington and a degree in Psychology from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. Her work spans public education, bilingual curriculum development, research, and parent leadership initiatives. She is passionate about equitable access to education, multicultural engagement, child development, and building inclusive communities.
