About me
Dr. Kelly Hudson is the Training Manager for the Associated Recreation Council (ARC), where she leads professional development initiatives that support high-quality childcare, youth development, and recreation programs. In addition to her work in staff development and leadership training, she has served as a college professor since 2010, teaching for several higher education institutions and supporting students across a variety of disciplines. With a passion for lifelong learning, leadership development, and community engagement, Dr. Hudson is committed to creating inclusive, equitable, and growth-focused environments that empower both individuals and organizations to thrive.
