About me
Davis is a program builder and civic educator who turns big ideas about power, belonging, and responsibility into experiences people can actually feel. At Citizen University, she leads programs within Labs — including the Youth Collaboratory and National Civic Collaboratory — holding strategy, facilitation, relationships, and execution together with equal care. Before this, she founded a nature-based preschool and managed outdoor education programs serving thousands of students, giving her a ground-level understanding of what systems feel like for kids, families, and frontline staff. Davis is known for listening closely, translating lived experience into structure, and designing programs where power moves instead of pooling at the top. She believes good programs feel human — they have rhythm, respect people's intelligence, and make room for joy.
