About me
Brittney Hutchinson is a Resident Services Manager with Mercy Housing, where she works to support residents and strengthen communities through programs, resources, and relationship-building. Her career has focused on serving children, youth, and families in housing and educational settings. Prior to her current role, Brittney served as a Youth Initiative and School Liaison with Mercy Housing and held leadership positions with the YMCA of Snohomish County, including School Age Care Director and Camp Director. She is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at the University of Washington and holds bachelor's degrees in Sociology and Psychology from Gonzaga University. Brittney brings a passion for community-centered practice, youth development, and creating supportive environments where individuals and families can thrive.
