About me
Ashley serves as Director of Kids’ Mental Health Pierce County at MultiCare Mary Bridge Children's Hospital, where she leads a state-funded initiative to build a coordinated, responsive behavioral health system for children, youth, and families. Her work ensures young people receive timely, effective care in the settings where they learn, live, and grow.
A Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with degrees from University of Washington and Eastern Washington University, Ashley brings deep expertise in crisis intervention, public child welfare, family-centered practice, and equitable access to services. In 2023, she was recognized as a Puget Sound Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree for her leadership and community impact. She currently services on boards for the Boys and Girls Club of South Puget Sound, Communities in Schools of Washington and is an active member of the Pierce County Birth to 25 Advisory Board.
