2026 Bridge Conference

For nearly two decades, Alex Craighead has devoted his work to helping people connect — with themselves, each other, and what truly matters. He serves as Executive Director of Journeymen Institute and co-leads One Village, an initiative supporting youth of all genders through school-based SEL, leadership development, and circle-based curriculum now implemented school-wide at O'Dea High School and piloting across Bethel School District. As a speaker, facilitator, and leadership consultant, Alex creates experiences that unlock courage, connection, and authenticity — blending story, play, and emotional intelligence in schools, organizations, and communities. He is also the creator of Truth or Play, a card game sparking joy and vulnerability across generations, and the author of the forthcoming book Lead With Love. Alex believes connection isn't soft — it's the foundation of transformation.
