About me
One Village offers conference attendees a practical, ready-to-use framework for building belonging and leadership into their programs. Through the Village Model, we've developed curriculum and tools centered on connection, belonging, growth, and leadership — designed to be integrated into existing school and out-of-school-time settings rather than requiring a separate program structure.
Attendees working directly with youth can walk away with concrete practices for building trusted adult relationships and practical emotional skills into their programming. Attendees leading organizations or partnering with schools can learn from our experience embedding curriculum into a school district (including our multi-year partnership with Bethel School District), and from our approach to reducing financial barriers through scholarships and sliding-scale pricing.
We're also glad to connect with other youth development professionals and organizations working toward the same goal: making sure every young person has caring adults and a clear path to healthy adulthood, regardless of their community's resources.
